西安工业大学北方信息工程学院 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：格力地产固定资产管理存在的问题及对策 系 别： 商学院 专 业： 会计 班 级： 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 2016年 3 月 格力地产固定资产管理存在的问题及对策 摘 要 对于一个企业来说，不管是进行生产还是经营活动都需要各种有形资产，而在这些有形资产中固定资产则占据着最重要的位置，因此，企业对于固定资产如何管理就显得尤为重要。如今，经济发展迅速，固定资产的种类越来越多，也致使它的管理难度不断加大，那么，企业在管理固定资产的过程当中，就会出现各种各样的问题，比如固定资产管理制度不健全，固定资产盘盈、盘亏等等，其中以计提固定资产折旧之类的问题最为突出，这些问题就需要我们认真研究，从而想出一些解决办法。本文首先从理论出发，介绍了固定资产、固定资产折旧以及固定资产管理的概念等，接着基于理论对格力地产中的固定资产进行研究，探讨该企业在固定资产管理方面存在的不足，深刻分析所出现的这些问题，针对具体问题提出行之有效的措施。 关键词：固定资产；固定资产管理；固定资产折旧；存在问题；解决对策 Fixed Assets Management Problems And Countermeasures of Gree Real Estate Abstract For the individual firm,both for production and operating activities require all kinds of tangible assets,in these tangible assets in fixed assets,it occupies the most important position,therefore,the enterprise how to management is particularly important for fixed assets.Nowadays,the rapid economic development,more and more kinds of fixed assets,also led to its management difficulty increasing,so the process of enterprise in the management of fixed assets,can appear all sorts of problems,such as fixed assets management system is not sound ,fixed assets inventory surplus,shrinkage and so on,of which the most problems such as the depreciation of fixed assets depreciation is outstanding,we need to carefully study these problems,so as to come up with some solutions. From theory,this paper first introduces the fixed assets,the depreciation of fised assets and fixed assets management concepts,etc...then based on the theoretical study of the fixed assets in the gree property,discusses the enterprise in the fixed assets managements of deep analysis of these problems,puts forward effective measures for the specific problem.
