翻边模具在汽车制造(EQ3318VJ)中运用.doc

摘要 论文主要介绍了东风重型车水箱护板翻边模具的设计过程，其中包括冲压件工艺过程的确定，工艺方案的技术和经济分析比较，模具结构的合理性分析，模具主要零件的结构形式、材料选择、公差配合和技术要求的说明，凸、凹模工作部分尺寸与公差的计算，冲压力的计算，模具主要零件的强度计算、压力中心的确定，弹性元件的选用与核算，冲压设备的选用依据，整个模具的装配步骤等。在设计过程中，严格按照零件的工艺要求，综合考虑模具结构的可靠性，产品质量的稳定性，安全及工作效率等因素。并且使用AutoCAD绘制二维图形，用PRO/Wildfire 3.0软件进行三维实体建模和虚拟装配。 关键词：翻边模具 冲压力 三维实体建模 虚拟装配 Abstract This paper presents flanging die design process of the Dongfeng heavy vehicles tank-boards, including the identification process of the stamping, the technical and economic analysis of the programme, the reasonable analysis of the die structure, the main parts, structure of the mold form , material selection, the note of tolerance and meet the technical requirements, convex and concave die size and the tolerance of some of the terms-the pressure, the strength of the main components of the mold, the identification of the pressure on the centre, selection and accounting of the flexibility components, the optional basis of stamping equipment, the assembly steps of the whole mold.
