谈人力资源激励机制在提高大学班级学风中的作用 论文摘要： 大学生是社会的一个特殊群体，其接受大学教育，是作为社会新技术、新思想的前沿群体，也是国家培养的高级专门人才。进一步而言，大学教育直接影响到我国人才体系建设、科技进步和社会各方面的发展。然而，受目前我国教育体制影响，中学教育与大学教育方法的差异，使得大学生面对大学教育时认知产生了一些误区，从而导致大学出现学风下降的势头。所以，如何结合现有条件下大学生在学习中暴露的新问题进行研究，制定出切实有效的对策予以解决就成为目前理论和实践都面临的新问题。本文正是出于这样一种考虑，以安徽大学江淮学院2007级行政管理班为例，力求在现存的大学教育体制条件下，如何运用激励机制来提高大学班级学风，以及其发挥的作用方面作出有益的探索，以求为大学教育管理体制改革提出一些不成熟的建议。 关键词：大学生；班级学风；激励理论；激励机制 Abstract: College students are a special group in society, their access to university education is as a community of new technologies, new ideas in the forefront of groups, the national training highly qualified specialists.
