知柏地黄汤对甲状腺功能亢进症患者白细胞介素6及内皮素的影响 nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 作者：陈发胜 郎江明 魏爱生 陈苹 【摘要】nbsp; 目的 探讨知柏地黄汤滋阴降火的作用机制。 方法 将90例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分成2组，对照组45例单用他巴唑等治疗，治疗组45例在对照组的基础上加用知柏地黄汤，水煎服，日1剂。共治疗12周，分别检测治疗前后患者的心率、体质量、甲状腺大小及游离三碘甲腺原氨酸（FT 3 ）、游离四碘甲腺原氨酸（FT 4 ）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、内皮素（ET）水平。 结果 知柏地黄汤能显著减慢患者心率，增加体质量，血清FT 3 降低至（4.37±1.04）pmol.L，FT4降低至（15.08±5.87）pmol.L，IL-6降低至（133.04±39.57）pg.mL，ET降低至（124.67±23.23）pg.mL水平，治疗组的血浆FT 3 、FT 4 水平下降较对照组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）;治疗组的血浆IL-6、ET水平下降较对照组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。 结论 知柏地黄汤通过抑制甲状腺功能亢进患者细胞因子IL-6及ET从而对甲状腺功能亢进患者起到滋阴降火的作用。 【关键词】nbsp; 甲状腺功能亢进症;白细胞介素-6;血浆内皮素;知柏地黄汤 　　Effect of Zhibai dihuang decoction on interleukin-6and ET in patients with hyperthyreanbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the mechanism of Zhibaidihuang decoction of nourishing yin to lessen fire.Meth-ods 90hyperthyroid patients were randomly divided into2groups.The control group were treated by tapazole only，while the treatment group were treated by tapazole and Zhibaidihuang decoction;in the12-week long treatment period，the heart rate、weight、thyroids size and FT 3 、FTnbsp; 4 、hTSH、IL-6、ET were measured in both groups.Results Zhibaidihuang decoction de-creased treatment groups heart rate，increased weight，lower FT 3 in the serum down to4.37±1.04pmol·Lnbsp; -1 ，FT4down to15.08±5.87pmol·L -1 ，IL-6down to33.04±39.57pg.mL，ET down to24.67±23.23pg.mL.The FT 3 、FT 4 of the treat-ment group had a significantly decrease compare with the control group（Plt;0.01）;as well as the IL-6、ET（Plt;0.05）.Conclulsion Zhibaidihuang decoction can nourish yin lessen firefor hyperthyroid patient by restraining their cell factor IL-6and ET. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 　　【Key Words】 Hyperthyroidism;Interleukin6（IL-6）;Plasmic endothelin（ET）;Zhibaidihuang decoction 　　甲状腺功能亢进患者主要表现为烦躁易怒、口干喜饮、心悸、怕热汗多、五心烦热等一派阴虚内热症状，中医辨证为阴虚阳亢证，一般用滋阴降火法治疗，多用知柏地黄汤。我们通过对用知柏地黄汤治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者细胞因子白细胞介素-6（IL-6）及内皮素（ET）的影响进行观察，从而探讨知柏地黄汤滋阴降火的作用机制。 　　1 资料与方法 nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 　　1.1 病例入选标准 Graves病诊断标准［1］ ，均有甲状腺功能亢进典型的临床表现、体征，经游离三碘
