HONG KONG OPEN INDOOR ROWING CHAMPIONSHIPS CHARITY ROWATHON 2008 二零零八年香港公開室內賽艇 暨 慈善長途接力賽 INFORMATION SHEET 比賽資料 Organiser : Hong Kong, China Rowing Association 主辦單位 : 中國香港賽艇協會 Date : 29th – 30th March, 2008 (Saturday Sunday) 日期 : 2008年3月29至30日 (星期六及日) Venue : Kowloon Park Sports Centre (22, Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon) 地點 : 九龍公園體育館 (九龍尖沙咀柯士甸道22號) EVENTS OF CHAMPIONSHIPS比賽項目 Individual Events Category: Junior, Open and Lightweight (Race distance: 2000m) Category: Adaptive (Race distance: 1000m) Team Events (4x500m Relay) Each team must have 4 members of the same gender and each team member must row 500 metres. (Please refer to the respective ENTRY FORMS for details.) 個人項目 組別：青少年組、公開組、輕量級組 (划行距離：2000米) 組別：展能組 (划行距離：1000米) 隊際項目 (4x500米接力) 每隊需由4名相同性別之運動員組成，各隊員均須輪流划５００ 米之距離。 (詳情請參閱報名表格。) ELIGIBILITY 1. All participants will be registered as a Registered Indoor Rower with HKCRA for 2008. 2. For the age group events, the age of the competitor is taken on the day of racing. 3. Lightweight men must not weigh more than 75 kg (165 lbs) and lightweight women must not weigh more than 61.5 kg (135 lbs). 4. Lightweight event competitors must weigh in not more than 2 hours and not less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time of their event. Competitors weighing more than the above limits and who have entered lightweight events will not be eligible to compete. 5. Clarification on eligibility for entering different categories of team events can be requested by making enquiry to the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association. 6. The ten Men’s teams and ten Women’s teams with the best time amongst the different events of the 4 x 500m Team Relay will be invited to compete for the “Best of the Best Cup”.
