People are more likely to buy from someone they trust and using a false name does not create trust. People in the West are growing increasingly used to dealing with Chinese entrepreneurs and you should be proud of your real name and use it -- or the closest approximation you can get to it when written in English. How many Western people do you see adopting Chinese names when they wish to do business in China? Almost none. You need a decent website if you want to promote your product. I tried to visit the website you sent a link to and most of the time it could not be displayed. This is bad. In marketing, you only get one chance to make a first impression and if that impression is that your website does not work then prospective customers are unlikely to try again. Most people you are trying to sell to are very busy, you need to make sure you are not wasting their time. Perhaps it is difficult to get good web-hosting in China. If that is the case then you should spend a little money and host your website in a more reliable location such as the USA. Website hosting can be very cheap in the USA -- just US$5 per month in many places. Also, the website is in Chinese, not English. Most of your (international) market will be English-speaking and so will not be able to read the information on that website. You should have it translated into GOOD English. Far too many Chinese companies trying to sell to Western markets have very poorly translated websites and this becomes a joke. People laugh
