万方数据 万方数据 Research of Production Planning based on Order For SF Company ABSTRACT For manufacturing enterprises a good production plan is very important to reasonable and rational use of resources make flexible production in progress and reduce semi and finished goods inventory, faster delivery of customer orders，reduce manufacturing cost, shorter manufacturing cycle. However, enterprises often unavoidable bottleneck resource or processes exists, according to the (TOC) theory of constraints, in order to make the entire production operations smoothly and meet delivery on time and competitive price and high quality requirement. The bottleneck resources are the first to be considered and resolved. The actual bottlenecks and production plans are found normally based on experience carried out in most of the manufacturing companies, and the production plan prepared in accordance with infinite capacity of production. There is no bottleneck resource and capabilities of production study based on theory of Constraints five core steps and think process tools to resolve. So the production plan cannot be successfully executed and cause delayed delivery of product orders. In this paper, based on the guidance of the Theory of Constraints core steps and thinking process tools, combined with JIT production management approach to analysis the issues of SF production plan making based on orders production. This paper did the following studies. Firstly, analysis the issues which encountered by SF in production operation with current production plan , such as the order cannot be delivered in time , difficult to control manufacturing costs , quality problems occur frequently , and so on. TOC constraints theory’s five core steps and thinking processes tools, such as CRP current reality tree , FRP future reality tree , EC evaporating cloud method and so on.
