Vascularecho-trackingtechnologydetectingarterialelasticityofChronicKidneyDiseasepatientsAbstractObjective:CardiovascularcomplicationisoneofthemaincausesofdeathofChronicKidneyDisease(CKD)patients.Itisfullyconfirmedthateachclinicalphaseofkidneydiseasemaydamagethearteryandthedamageoccursbeforethearterymorphologicalchanges.ThetraditionalvascularImagingexaminationbasingonmorphologicalchangescannotdiagnosethediseaseintime.Inthispaper,thestudyanalysesthelawsofearlyarterypathologicalchangesofCKDpatientsbydetectingthechangeofelasticity,morphologyandstructureofcarotidandradialarterywithVascularecho-trackingtechnologyandtwo-dimensionalorDopplerultrasound.ThestudyprovidesthepredictorandthebasisofearlyclinicaldiagnosisandtherapyforCKD,throughassessingthelawsofarterypathologicalchangesatdifferentstagesofCKDandinferringtheireffectsonthecardiovascularsystem.Methods:Select100CKDhospitalizedpatientsascasesthatwerediagnosedinHebeiMedicalUniversityfromDecember,2008toDecember,2009,commoncarotidartery(CCA)andradialartery(RA)each100article.TheCKDpatientsaredividedinto5groupsaccordingtotheinternationalcommonclinicalstagingstandards(K/DOQI)basingonthelifequalityofCKDpatients,eachofwhichincludes20cases.Thecontrolgroupincludes30healthycasesinthesameperiod.WithALOKAa-10ColorDopplerultrasound,detecttheCCAandRAofeachgroupofCKDpatients,measurethebloodvesselInnerDiameter(D),Intima-mediathickness(IMT),Peaksystolicbloodflowvelocity(PSV),earlydiastolicreverseflowvelocity(Vr),EndDiastolieveloeiyt(EDV),Bloodresistentindex(RI),Bloodpulsatilityindex(PI).Observethetwo-dimensionalstructureofCAAandRAinordertoseewhetherIMTgetsthickerandwhetherthereisplaqueandthenumberofplaque,tofindwhetherthereisthestenosisandocclusionandabnormalbloodflowwaveforms.Detectthechanginglawsoftwo-dimensionalbloodvessellumen(D,IMT)andbloodflowdynamics(RI,PI)ofCCAandRA.ComparethembetweenCKDgroupswiththecontrolgroup.CombineandregrouptheCKDstagegroupsthathavenosignificantdifferenceinstatistics,andthencomparebetweenthenewgroups.Analyse
