Colleges or Universities shouldoffer more courses to prepare students for the future before they start working.With the increasing unemployment rate, some argues that Colleges or Universities should offer morecoursesfor students to let them better prepare for the future. But all things considered, I don’t think it’s a good idea to let students wasting time in learning theories in schools while real knowledge can be attained efficiently from work experience.First of all, the concept of the Colleges and Universities is to give students the basic knowledge of self-learning. When students go into society through this ladder, they can be more aware of how to explore knowledge on works with self-observation. In a sense, the knowledge needed for future is already given to students within the schools’capacities, so the extra courses seem to be redundant. It’s hard to say that schools can arrange appropriate work training courses for students since professors and school administrators didn’t aware of the other work conditions except their own. Besides, the colleges and Universities never designed for teach specific work skills for students nor is it their obligation to do so. What’s more, even the high educational systems do arrange some sort of courses to train students; it’s hard to say that students would be willing to take part in them while they can go to companies as an intern in their spare time to gain more experience. A real work environment ishard to be imitated in campus life due to its complexity and unpredictability, so thestudents can’t beprovided with practical work skills until they enter the field.In addition, different positions require different work abilities, and it should be students’ own choice to decide which kind of work abilities to acquire according to their future plans.Instead of arguing whether schools should provide training course or not, I think it’s better to concern about how college
