Cultivate employees sense of responsibility(培育员工责任感) Today, responsible for results has become the core of continuous improvement, innovation, customer satisfaction, team performance and talent training activities. Interestingly, the essence of these activities is simply a point: the staff to overcome environmental constraints, take all actions to get the results they want. However, when many individuals and businesses are aware of the urgency of responsibility, few people know how to cultivate or maintain a sense of responsibility. One of the strong evidence is that when things get really bad, people look for excuses and shirk responsibility. Unfortunately, even if there is sufficient evidence or very reasonable reason to prove that you have nothing to do with such an outcome, people are always habitually avoiding the problem rather than looking at it and solving it. Each of us sometimes tend to find all kinds of excuses to shirk responsibility, for example, I dont have enough time, our limited resources, tight schedule, that I do not belong to the scope of work, I do not know in advance, competition than we are more powerful and so on. No matter what the wording is, we are all trying to explain why it wasnt done, rather than what else can I do?. Indeed, people almost every day since the boss at the mercy of competitors, sharp barbs and colleagues calculated for various reasons and hurt. When they dont have much control, trouble is bound to happen. Sometimes, there are certain things that shouldnt happen to them, because its not their fault, they dont need to be held responsible for it. But worst of all, if people do nothing because they feel powerless and accuse others of being responsible for their own misery, they can never make progress.
