毕业设计（论文） 题 目 除雪破冰机结构设计 系 （院） 机电工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及自动化 班 级 级 班 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 年 月 日 除雪破冰机结构设计 摘 要 我国北部地区的冬季寒冷漫长，冰雪较多，冬天的雪往往堆积不能融化，尤其是最下面的冰层，严重影响北方地区的人们出行和生活，因此设计一款路面除雪破冰机尤为必要。在研究除雪破冰机的背景及现状的基础上，确定了激振式破冰的总体方案。完成了除雪破冰机传动机构及执行机构的设计计算，以及动力装置的选择；传动机构的设计包括减速器、传动轴以及偏心激振锤等，执行机构包括破冰铲和除冰铲等。在此详细地叙述了路面除冰机的设计过程，并对关键件破冰铲和除冰铲利用Solid works Simulation软件进行了有限元分析。选取设计合适的零件，完成除雪破冰机的设计，以满足清除北方道路冰雪的要求。提高机械效率,同时使除雪破冰机的结构更紧凑性能更稳定。 关键词：震碎，结构设计，除雪破冰 Design of Snow Removing and Ice Breaking Machine Abstract Cold northern winter long in our country, the more snow and ice, the snow in winter often accumulation is not melting, especially at the bottom of the ice, the serious influence people in the northern area of travel and life, so design a pavement snow ice machine is necessary.
