电力项目（第二部）       中国循环能源有限公司 Chinese Circulation Energy Limited Company         TRT发电项目研究报告 TRT Electricity Generation Project StudyReport                   编制单位： 事业部 二零零七年八月 Made by: Business Department August of 2007   一、TRT概述 General Information of TRT TRT——Blast  Furnace  Top  Gas  Recovery  Turbine  Unit 高炉煤气余压透平发电装置是利用高炉治炼的副产品——高炉炉顶煤气具有的压力能及热能，使煤气通过透平膨胀机做功，将其转化为机械能，驱动发电机发电或驱动其它装置的一种二次能量回收装置。 Blast Furnace  Top  Gas  Recovery  Turbine  Unit  is a kind  secondary energy recycling devices, which can use the byproduct of the blast furnace- - pressure energy and heat energy of the coal gas in top blast furnace, causes the coal gas through the turbine expansion machine and acting , to transfer the energy to mechanical energy, and actuates the generator to produce electricity or drive other devices. TRT装置的显著特点：一、不消耗任何燃料，不改变原高炉煤气的品质；二、无公害最经济的发电设备；三、可以代替高炉系统中减压阀组调节稳定炉顶压力。 Remarkable characteristics of TRT: First, no consumption of any fuel, no change of quality of  the coal gas from original blast furnace; Second, most economical generating set without environmental pollution; Third, may replace the pressure relief valve in the blast furnace system group to adjust the stable furnace top pressure.   二、中国钢铁行业产业背景分析Background analysis of China steel and iron profession industry 经济增长的总趋势对世界钢铁的需求和钢材产量有着十分重要的影响，而且这种影响在近几年的中国表现的尤为突出。 The general trend of economy grows has the extremely important influence to the demand in the world for steel and iron and steel products output, moreover this kind of influence are outstanding in recent years in China.     2003年也是我国钢铁工业快速发展的一年，钢铁产量激增，钢铁企业效益大幅度提高。2003年我国钢铁产量首次突破2亿吨大关，达到了22235万吨。年末全国钢铁企业拥有高炉达到487座，年产生铁能力2.186亿吨；2003-2005年增加高炉112座，增加年产能力9400万吨。2003年排行第一的宝钢的产量占总量的8.94%，前五名的产量达到了5385万吨，占全国总量的24.24%，行业集中度有所提高。另外，国家统计局统计显示，2005年上半年我国钢铁行业利润增长36.1%。      In 2003, it was the time for fast development of iron and steel industry in our country, the steel and iron output increases sharply, iron and steel enterprise benefit largely enhanced.I
