AbstractTangpoetryhasavarietyofformsandcolorfulstyles,andatsametime,itsartisticconceptionhasauniqueartisticcharm.Therefore,moreandmorescholarsathomeorabroadiskeenonTangpoetry’stranslation,inordertopromotetheexchangeofChineseandforeignculture,andmakemorereaderstoexperiencetherichnessofChineseculture.However,whentranslatortranslatetheTangpoetry,theyoftenfromtheperspectiveoftraditional.Theyalwaysthinkequivalenceisoneofthemostimportantstandardsandpaymoreattentiontopoetry’slanguageformandignoredtheoverallbeautyofpoetry’stranslation.Therefore,thisarticleistryingtoanalysistheTangpoetry’sEnglishtranslationundertheguidanceofimage-Gactualizationtheory,andputforwardtheTangpoetry’stranslationshouldfocusedontheoriginalpoem’simage’sreconstructionandtheartisticconception’sreproduce.Thisthesisisdividedintointroduction,bodyandconclusion.Inintroductionpart,theauthorbrieflyintroducestheresearchbackground,researchpurposeandthemeaningoftheresearch.Thebodypartisdividedintothreechapters.Firstly,thispaperintroducesthebasicsituationofTangpoetry’stranslation,describedthestatusquoandproblemsinTangpoetrytranslation,andintroducesthedifferenttranslationstylesofTangpoetrytranslation.Secondly,thepaperintroducestheimage-G’sdefinition,function,structureandtherealizationintheprocessoftranslation.Atthesametime,introducedJiangQiuxia’simage-Gactualizationtheory,andanalyzeditsroleinliteraryandpoetrytranslation.Finally,theauthorcompareddifferentEnglishversionsofLiShangyin’spoems,andevaluatedthemwithgestaltimageactualizationtheory.Thisstudyshowsthattheimage-GactualizationhasagreatguidingsignificanceforTangpoetrytranslation.IntheprocessofTangpoetrytranslation,translatormustcombinewithoriginalpoetryandmutualrestraintwithit.Translatormusthaveanin-depthunderstandingoforiginalpoetryandthenintegralrecreateitundertheguidanceofimage-Gactualization,inordertomakereadershaveanaccurateunderstandingoftheoriginalpoetry’sbeautifullanguageandculture.Keywords:Image-Gactualizationtheory;Tangpoetry’stranslation;LiShangyi摘要唐诗
