AbstractNowadayschina’sUniversityautonomyhasgraduallyincreased.Inthesametime,channelsforraisingfundsinCollegesanduniversitieshaveformednewpatterns.Withthenationalattentiontotheeducationindustrydeepening,theeducationfundinginthefuturewillcontinuetoincrease,theeducationindustrywillgetrapiddevelopment.Whiletheamountoffundsandthecomplexityofmanagementalsowillcontinuetoincrease,furtherincreasethebank,schoolcooperationinspace.Thebusinesscooperationbetweenbanksanduniversities,forbanksistoseekbusinessdevelopment,todeveloptheeducationmarket,increasetheintrinsicmotivationofassetquality,theadjustmentofbusinessstructure,andtoinstitutionsofhigherlearning,canalleviatecapitalbottleneckhavehigherschooldevelopmentprocessaboutbeam,financialservicesandcanimprovethequalityofuniversityteachersandstudents,canalsoprovideallkindsofpracticaloperationplatformwiththebankasamediumforthelackofpracticalexperienceofthestudents,promotethestudentslearninordertopracticethetheory,thecombinationoftheoryandpractice,andthecultivationofqualifiedpersonnelneededbythesociety.Collegesanduniversitiesthisrelativelyclosedivorytower,withthecontinuousdevelopmentofschools,withtheschoolasthemainbodyoftheschoolandbankcooperationthebuyersmarketpatternhasbeenformedpreliminarily.Therefore,howtoimprovethelevelofservicemarketingofcommercialbanks,enhancetheircompetitivenesshasbecomethekeytowhethercanremaininvincibleinthefiercecompetitionandcooperationofsilverinschool.Theserviceprofitchaintheorywasintroducedin1994byJamesHeskett,wholedtheservicemanagementtaskgroupcomposedoffiveHarvardBusinessSchool.Thetheoryisinrecentyearstheuseofanewservicemanagementmodewidelyusedinserviceindustry.Inordertoscientificallyreflectthebankserviceofuniversitystatus,andpromotethehealthydevelopmentofschoolandbankcooperation,thisthesisstartswiththeABankofBserviceinCollegesanduniversities,fromtheperspectiveoftheserviceprofitchainbasedon,startfromtwodimensionsofsatisfaction,employeesatisfactionandexternalcustomerbankschoolinternalemployeesatisfaction
