STUDYONSUSTAINABLEDEVELOPMENTOFRESOURCECITYBASEDONSCIENTIFIC-TECHNICALINNOVATION———TAKEBAOTOUCITYASANEXAMPLEABSTRACTSustainabledevelopmentofresourcecitiesistheresearchtopicsofmanyeconomists,itisarepresentativeproblem.Theachievementofsustainabledevelopmentisthecommonchoiceinthewayofworlddevelopmenttoday.scholarsofmanycourtriesareactivelyseekingthewaystoachievesustainabledevelopment.Theauthorbelievesthatscientandtechnologyisbecomingamajorforceinpromotingeconomicdevolopment,especiallyscientific-technicalinnovationhasbecomeanimportantfactorofaffectingindustrialstructurechangesandregionalcompetition,trainingandenhancingscientific-technologicalinnovationisanimportantwaytoachievesustainabledevelopment.InthecontextofChinasWesternDevelopmentProgram,astheindustialcenterofInnerMongoliaAutonomousRegionandoneofChina’simportantindustrialbase,baotoucity’smostimportantissueisthathowtoachievesustainabledevelopmentbymeansofstrongindustrialbaseandresourcesuperiority.Undertheguidanceofthetheoryofsustainabledevelopment,poweredbyscientific-technicalinnovation,enhancingsustainabledevelopmentcapacityofBaotouCityissignificanttopromotethecomprehensive,coordinateandsustainabledevelopmentandtobuildaprosperous,stableandharmoniousBaotouCity.Inthepaper,itbuildsustainabledevelopmentassessmentsystembasedonthetheoryofsustainabledevelopment?andevaluatethesustainabledevelopmentcapacitywithprincipalcomponentanalysismethodastheevaluationmethodofindexsystem?andanalyzetheadvantage,weaknessexistedandopportunitiesandchanllengesfaced?finally,itpresentccorrespondingpolicyandsuggestiontosustainabledevelopmentofeconomicsubsystem,socialsubsystemandresourcesandenvironmentsubsystemfromscientific-technicalinnovation.Thispaperselectsomeeconomicindicatorsfrom2000to2007toanalysis,findthatBaotouCityhasastrongsustainablecapacity,greatpotentialandastrongcomprehensivecompetitivecapability.Keywords:technologicalinnovation,resource-basedcities,sustainabledevelopment,Theprincipalcomponentanalysismethod,BaotouCityii第一章绪论§1-1研
