AbstractVirtualnursinghomeservicemodeandthepromotionofperformanceVirtualnursinghomeservicemodeandthepromotionofperformance——BasedontheGusuDistricthomeLokpensionservicecenterasanexampleAbstractInthefaceofpensiondemandincreasinglystrong,GusuDistrictinSuzhouinlightoflocalconditionsasthebasis,in2007usheredinthenewconceptofold-agehomecommunityserviceinthefenchyldoorstreet.Throughcontinuousexploration,thesuccessfulintroductionofinformationtechnologyintheservicefortheaged,andputsforwardthenewconceptofvirtualnursinghome,andtheestablishmentoftheinformationsystemofhome-basedcareservicesacomprehensivesystem,whichisthefirstinchina.Theendowmentalsoachievedrecognitionofthewholesociety,allareanxioustostudyandimitate.Inviewoftheabovementioned,inthispaper,bycomparingthetheoreticalfoundationofvirtualnursinghomeservicemode,operationmechanismandpractice,analysisoftheproblemsoccurredinpracticeandthinkingpredicament,activeandeffectiveway,fromtheperformanceperspectiveonvirtualnursinghomecopyingandpromotionareproposed,theconstructionconformstotheoldcitypensionservicemodelhasverystrongthepracticesignificance.Toinvestigatethisvirtualnursinghomeofnewpensionservicemodelfromthetheoreticalbasis,researchontheoperationmodeandperformanceevaluation.Keywords:Virtualnursinghome、BalanceScorecard、PerformancepromotionWrittenbyDuyunSupervisedbyChenyixingII目录第一章绪论....................................................................................................................1一、研究背景....................................................................................................................1二、研究的目的和意义....................................................................................................2（一）研究的目的........................................................................................................2（二）研究的意义........................................................................................................2三、研究的内容和方法....................................................................
