语文课堂阅读教学中教师的学生意识研究——来自广西民族地区双定中学的个案-a study on teachers students awareness in chinese reading teaching - a case study of shuangding middle school in guangxi ethnic region
摘要本文采用文献分析、课堂观察、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,以广西民族地区双定中学的语文教师为研究对象,探讨课堂阅读教学中教师的学生意识的内涵、构成、现状及影响因素,进而提出提升教师的学生意识的建议。通过文献分析,把教师的学生意识界定为:教师对教学对象——学生的认识以及建立在这种认识基础上的教学行为倾向性。通过课堂观察及理论分析,总结出教师的学生意识的内容有三个维度十个方面。三个维度为学生目标意识、学生主体意识、学生需要意识。学生目标意识维度包括学生知识目标意识、学生能力目标意识、学生情感态度与价值观目标意识、学生少数民族文化目标意识;学生主体意识维度包括学生参与意识、学生主动参与意识、生生互动参与意识;学生需要意识维度包括学生思维需要意识、学生激励需要意识、学生宽松和谐氛围需要意识。通过调查问卷了解到教师的学生意识状况总体上处于中等偏上水平,学生意识状况较好。具体到教师的学生意识的各个方面,有些方面状况很差或较差,从而反映出这些方面存在的问题为:学生少数民族文化目标意识缺失、学生主体意识欠缺、学生激励需要意识偏失。学生参与意识与学生宽松和谐氛围需要意识这两方面状况较好,其他方面状况很好。对教师访谈发现,教师素质与社会环境、校园精神文化、学生是教师的学生意识存在问题的内外影响因素。本文针对这些影响因素从内在改变和外在支持两个方面提出了提升教师的学生意识的建议。关键词:课堂阅读教学;教师的学生意识;双定中学AbstractAdoptingtheresearchmethodsofdocumentaryanalysis,classroomobservation,questionnairesurvey,interviewandsoon,thisarticlesetstheChineseteachersofShuangDingMiddleSchoolinGuangxiethicminorityareasasthestudyobjecttodiscusstheconnotation,content,currentsituationandaffectingfactoroftheconsciousnessoftheseChineseteachersontheirstudentswhentheyaregivingclassroomreadinginstruction,andthenputsforwardsuggestionsonhowtoprompttheconsciousnessofteachersontheirstudents.Throughthedocumentaryanalysis,theconnotationofteachers’consciousnessontheirstudentscanbedefinedas:theteachers’cognitionontheirstudents(theteachingobjects)andthetendencyoftheirteachingbehaviorsbasedonthiscognition.Bymeansofclassroomobservationandtheoreticalanalysis,conclusionofthecontentofteachers’consciousnessontheirstudentshasbeenmade.Ithastenaspectsandthreedimensionalities,includingstudents’targetsense,students’subjectconsciousnessandstudents’needconsciousness.Thedimensionalityofstudents’targetsenseincludestheirintellectualtargetsense,abilitytargetsense,emotionalattitudeandvaluestargetsense,andminorityculturetargetsense.Thedimensionalityofstudents’subjectconsciousnesscomprisestheirdesiretoparticipate,activeparticipationsenseandsenseofinteractionamongstudents.Andthedimensionalityofstudents’needconsciousnesscoversstudents’needconsciousnessofthought,ofencouragementandofrelaxedandharmoniousatmosphere.Questionnaire
