陇南市森林资源资产评估体系建设思考与建议 　　摘要：阐述森林资源产评估的内涵及特点，并基于陇南市森林资源产评估发展现状简要分析了相关法规、机构及人员方面存在的问题，提出了完善森林资源产评估制度，建立并健全评估机构，培养合乎要求的从业人员；以及加强对森林资源资产化管理等建议。 　　关健词：森林资源；资产评估；体系；建设 　　Abstract: the article discusses the forest resources evaluation in of the connotation and characteristics, and longnan municipal forest resources based on the brief analysis of the current situation of the development of evaluation in the laws and regulations, institutions and the problems existing in the personnel, puts forward the evaluation system in forest resources, establish and perfect appraisal institution, with the employ
