预应力技术在办公用房工程中应用 　　摘要: 在中石化某科研及办公用房工程中，为满足在尽量小的层高内、实现尽量大的使用净高的要求，设计选用了框架扁梁，为了解决框架梁的挠度和裂缝问题，在所有扁梁中配置了有粘结预应力筋。本文结合实际房建工程，简述了有粘结预应力施工工艺及注意事项，详细论述了难点和解决措施，为以后类似工程的施工提供经验。 　　 　　关键词: 房建 ; 有粘结预应力; 施工技术 　　Abstract: this paper combine with the actual housing construction, discussed bonded prestressed construction process and precautions, discussed the difficulties and solutions in detail, to provide experience for the future construction of similar projects.Key words: housing construction; bonded prestressed; construction technology 　　 　　中图分类号：TU973+.12文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104（2012） 　　 　　 　　预应力技术
