中医三焦气化理论应用研究 　　摘 要：三焦气化理论在历史上为消渴病的理论研究及临床应用作出了巨大的贡献，但由之形成的“三消辨证”说却长期禁锢了中医消渴病学术的发展。在消渴病证型古今迥异、对糖尿病(消渴病)自然病程认知的今天，藉三焦气化理论来演绎气、津、精、血诸精微物质的体内代谢平衡的同时，对糖尿病病变机制再作探索。三焦气机“郁”、“滞”，气、津、精流变障碍，构成了糖尿病前期的痰湿病理体质；三焦气郁化热、耗伤阴津，形成了“燥热”、“阴虚”的糖尿病基本病机；而三焦因“燥”致“虚”、“瘀”，导致气、津、血流变异常，则是糖尿病慢性并发症形成的病理基础。运用三焦气化理论对糖尿病自然病程进行动态病机演变规律的阐释，在拓展糖尿病传统中医病机的同时，为中医药早期干预、治疗糖尿病及其慢性并发症提供了理论依据，重新确立了三焦气化理论在糖尿病机理研究中的重要地位。 　　关键词：中医学；三焦气化理论；糖尿病病机 　　中图分类号：R259.871 　　文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1673-7717(2008)03-0532-03 　　 　　Application of the Sanjiao Theory in TCM to Diabetes Mellitus Pathogenesis 　　XIA Rong 　　(Preclinical Medicine College of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University，Hangzhou 310053，Zhejiang，China) 　　Abstract：In history，the sanjiao theory greatly helped the basic and clinical development of emaciation-thirst disease，which has been restricted in reverse by the deduced sanxiao syndrome differentation theory for a long time.Considering the changing syndromes of this type of disease from ancient to modern times and the well-established understanding of the natural course of diabetes nowadays，we used the sanjiao theory to deduce the internal etabolism of qi，jin，jing，and blood to further explore the pathogenesis of diabetes.Stagnation of the qi activity of sanjiao and metabolism disorder of qi，jin，and jing cause the sputum-moist constitution in patients in early stage of diabetes；the stagnation further causes heat and then consumes body fluid，which explains；the stagnation further causes heat and then consumes body fluid，which explains the dryness-heat and weakness of yin in the diabetic pathogenesis；the dryness causes stasis and impairment of qi，jin，and jing，which are the pathologic presentation of its chronic complications.Using the sanjiao theory to explain the natural changing course of diabetes may expand the TCM pathology in diabetes and provide evidence for early intervention and treatent for diabetes and its complactions，with reestablishing the key role of sanjiao theory in the disease study. 　　Keywords：TC
