中医药小肠双重造影应用价值 　　【摘要】目的:探讨中药玄明粉、新针穴位法与现代影像学相结合对小肠疾病的诊断方法， 评价中医药在小肠双重造影中的作用价值。方法:对随机抽查40例患者均采用造影前2h口服玄明粉15g，造影用口服混悬钡60%W/V浓度350ml及产气粉9g，必要时选双下肢上巨虚穴位扎银针。结果:①口服玄明粉造影速度：２０min全部小肠充盈30例（７５％）；２５min全部小肠充盈１０例（２５％）。②影像质量：优良率达９５％（３８／４０）；病变显示率９２％（３７／４０）；正常８％（３／４０）。③针刺上巨虚穴能鉴别器质性与功能性狭窄，无一例不良反应。结论:中医药小肠双重造影的方法，操作简便、安全、无痛苦，造影时间短，图像清晰，明显提高了小肠疾病的检出率。 　　【关键词】小肠 双重造影 中医药 X线 　　 　　Value of using traditional Chinese medicine for the double radiography of small intestine 　　TanjianggengTanzhenyu 　　【Abstract】The purpose of traditional Chinese medicine powder Hyun, the new law and the needle point of combining the modern image of the intestinal disease diagnosis methods, the evaluation of Chinese medicine in the small intestine double contrast the role of value. Conclusions of the medical imaging of the small intestine dual approach is simple, safe, non-painful, time is short contrast, the pictures are clear, markedly improved the detection rate of intestinal diseases. 　　【Key words】small intestinedouble radiographytraditional Chinese medicineX-ray 　　 　　小肠是人体内最长的消化管状脏器，盘曲、堆积、重叠较多，是消化道疾病诊断的最大难题，一直是影像工作者所探讨和追求的课题［4-14］。目前国内外研究小肠双对比造影方法有多种，尚无更简便、安全、无痛苦、患者乐意接受的统一标准和方法。我们根据祖国《经络#8226;针灸学》理论，自1989年至今采用新针穴位法小肠双重造影，经多年探索和现代中药的研究、应用技术的不断改进证实，获得了临床和病人一致认同的较满意效果。 　　1临床资料 　　从208例中医药小肠双重造影病例中随机抽查40例，均经临床筛选疑小肠病变：不明原因腹痛、腹泻、腹胀25例；腹部隐痛、腹胀、大便不成形、无规律15例，其中中腹部包块4例，下腹包块5例。
