毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 课题名称 年产25000吨碳酸二甲酯生产车间工艺设计 英文名称 The Process Design of Production Workshop with Annual Output of 25000 Ton Dimethyl Carbonate 学 院 生物与化学工程学院 专 业 化学工程与工艺 摘 要 碳酸二甲酯（DMC）是一种重要的工业原料，被认为是新近崛起的极具发展前景的绿色化工产品，在溶剂、汽油柴油添加剂、锂离子电解液以及化学合成等领域广泛应用。通过对几种碳酸二甲酯工业生产工艺比较，采用以氮气为保护气，甲醇气相氧化羰基化法制碳酸二甲酯工艺，该法是一种较为绿色的合成方法。 本课题进行的是年产25000吨碳酸二甲酯车间的工艺设计，主要对以氧气、甲醇、一氧化碳为原料制取碳酸二甲酯的工艺过程进行设计，并根据相关条件进行物料衡算和热量衡算。根据工艺流程与操作条件对工序中的主要设备进行了计算与选型，设计还包括车间布置设计、经济分析、劳动保护、安全生产与“三废”处理等内容。设计所得成果主要有设计说明书和相应的图纸,其中图纸包括车间平面布置图、带控制点的工艺流程图和主设备图。 关键词：碳酸二甲酯；生产工艺；车间设计 Abstract Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) is an important industrial raw material, is considered to be very promising newly emerging green chemical products, solvents, gasoline, diesel fuel additives, lithium-ion electrolyte, and other widely used in chemical synthesis. Dimethyl carbonate by several industrial processes used to compare with nitrogen as protective gas, methanol vapor phase oxidative carbonylation of dimethyl carbonate legal process, the method is a more green synthesis method. This topic is the annual output of 25,000 tons for dimethyl carbonate plant process design, mainly with oxygen, methanol, carbon monoxide as raw materials dimethyl carbonate process design, and in accordance with the relevant conditions of material balance and heat accountancy. According to process and operating conditions on the process of the main equipment for the calculation and selection, design also includes plant layout design, economic analysis, labor protection, safety production and the “three wastes”treatment and so on. Design results achieved mainly design specification and the corresponding drawings, which drawings include workshops floorplan with control points and the main equipment flow chart diagram.
