Building community banks is conducive for leading finance and economic industries to grow in a steady and sound way. Besides, the development of community banks can enhance the ability of using private properties in relative financial sectors, moderate the financing contradiction for microenterprises’ growing in rural region, meet the residents’ financial service demanding, fill the vacuum in local financial services, solidify the quality of banking service in China. However, some unreasonable phenomena still exist in China’s relative banking system and fields, because many areas do not develop the community banks via effectively taking their local advantages. Aims at finding out the accessible approaches to grow the community banks in China, this thesis is going to evaluate the objective difference between the community banks in China and the United States by referring, such as the American experience in community banking practice, and raise the scientific suggestions to boost the development of China’s community banks through combing the real situations in the developing of community banks in domestic and overseas.
