小儿呼吸道感染继发腹泻相关因素分析及妈咪爱预防作用 　　摘要：目的：探讨小儿呼吸道感染继发腹泻相关因素分析及妈咪爱的预防的效果。方法： 调查2007年1月至2008年12月在我院住院治疗的563例，以住院期间抗生素治疗同时应用妈咪爱的患儿为治疗组，仅使用抗生素治疗的患儿为对照组，对小儿呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状、妈咪爱的应用情况与继发腹泻的关系进行分析。结果： 治疗组251例，住院治疗期间继发腹泻病48例，发生率19.1%；对照组312例，继发腹泻病119例，发生率38.1%。单因素分析显示：患儿发病年龄、住院天数、妈咪爱的应用、病情严重程度、有无贫血、居住地、上下呼吸道感染与小儿呼吸道感染继发腹泻有关联。结论： 呼吸道感染患儿年龄越小、住院时间越长、有贫血、下呼吸道感染可增加继发腹泻的发生率；妈咪爱的应用能够降低小儿呼吸道感染继发腹泻的发生率，提示有预防作用。 　　关键词:小儿呼吸道感染 继发腹泻 妈咪爱 　　Young child respiratory tract infects continues sends prevention function the diarrhea correlation factor analysis and the mother love 　　Mei Guichun 　　Abstract:Objective:Discusses the young child respiratory tract to infect continues sends the prevention effect which the diarrhea correlation factor analysis and the mother love.Methods：Investigates from January,2007 to December,2008 in my courtyard hospital treatment 563 examples,take is hospitalized the period antibiotic treatment simultaneously the trouble which loves using the mother as the treatment group,uses the antibiotic treatment the trouble is only the control group,catches the application situation to the young child respiratory tract feeling which the clinical symptom,the mother love with to continue sends the diarrhea the relations to carry on the analysis.Results：Treats the group 251 examples,hospital treatment period continues sends the diarrhoeal diseases 48 examples,the formation rate 19.1%;The control group 312 examples,continue send the diarrhoeal diseases 119 examples,the formation rate 38.1%.The single factor analysis demonstrated that,The trouble morbidity age,in hospital number of days,the mother love the application,the condition serious degree,whether there is anemia,the inhabited area,about the respiratory tract infection and does the young child respiratory tract infect continues sends the diarrhea to have the connection.Conclusion：The respiratory tract feeling catches the age to be smaller,in hospital time is longer,has anemia,under the respiratory tract infects may increase conti
