心理干预对住院冠心病患者生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨心理干预对住院冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法 96例患者随机分 为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组按心内科一般护理常规和系统化整体护理进行护理；观 察组在此基础上调查患者的社会情况、对医院和健康问题的感知、近2个月生活事件的频度 及应对能力、人格、焦虑、抑郁等，采取心理干预措施和健康教育，测评患者的生活质量和 心绞痛发作的情况及住院天数。结果 干预后观察组患者的生活质量评分明 显高于对照组，心绞痛发作例数明显少于对照组，住院天数明显短于对照组。结论心理干预能有效提高冠心病患者的生活质量、减轻疾病的症状、缩短住院时间。 　　【关键词】 冠心病；心理干预；生活质量 　　 　　Effect of Psychological Intervention on the Life Quality of Patients in Hospitalwith Coronary Heart Disease. Se cond Hospital, Shandong University of TCM, Jinan 250001, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of psychological interven tion upon the life quality of patients in hospital with coronary heart disease.MethodsThere were 96 patients to be equally divided into control group and treatmentgroup. The patients in control group were cared with regular method of cardiovas cular medicine while the other group shared additional consideration of their so cial status, their information of hospitals and the problems of health, the freq uency of and the settlement ability to life affairs in the last two months, thepersonality, anxiety, and so on. The psychological intervention and health educa tion were implemented to rate the life quality and the occurrence of angina in t he two groups. Results The score of life quality of treatment g roup was higherthan that of the control group after psychological treatment whereas the numberof angina occurrence was small in treatment group than in control group.
