慢性前列腺炎细菌学研究 　　摘要 目的：通过对慢性前列腺炎患者的细菌学研究，为临床诊治前列腺炎提供可靠依据。方法： 对116例慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液细菌培养及药敏试验鉴定菌群并对药敏结果进行分析。结果： 前列腺液细菌培养阳性者83例，检出细菌87株，仅葡萄球菌共78株(89.7%)，其中表皮葡萄球菌24株(27.6%)，溶血性葡萄球菌23株；前列腺液细菌培养阴性33例。结论：慢性前列腺炎患者中细菌培养阳性率较高（71.6%），其中以表皮葡萄球菌和溶血性葡萄球菌最常见。 　　关键词 前列腺炎；药敏试验；细菌培养 　　 　　AbstractObjective：To investigate the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitispatient, and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and therapy of prostatitis.
