慢性萎缩性胃炎合并消化性溃疡胃镜临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎合并消化性溃疡胃镜的临床分析。方法 选取我院2001年6月---2008年12月收治的病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 CAG的部位以胃窦部居多,胃体、胃底少见。检测幽门螺杆菌45例,阳性40例。结论 Hp是胃癌和胃粘膜相关淋巴组织样(MALT)淋巴瘤的重要致病因子,控制Hp感染对胃癌防治有积极作用,具有巨大的社会效益。 　　【关键词】 慢性萎缩性胃炎 消化性溃疡 胃镜 分析 　　中图分类号:R573文献标识号:A文章编号:1005-0515(2010)09-035-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the chronic atrophic gastritis combined clinical analysis of endoscopic peptic ulcer.
