复方虎杖散颗粒联合胸腺肽对复发性生殖疱疹的临床观察 　　【摘要】目的： 探讨观察复方虎杖散颗粒联合胸腺肽对复发性生殖疱疹的临床疗效。方法： 病例选择我院在2013年1月至2015年1月收治的复发性生殖疱疹患者共106例，依照随机数表法划分为治疗组54例、对照组52例。其中，对照组采用胸腺肽注射治疗，治疗组采用复方虎杖散颗粒联合胸腺肽进行治疗。观察两组患者症状消失、止疱、结痂、皮损愈合时间，治疗前后IL-2、IFN-γ水平，治疗有效率，患者复发情况及不良反应情况。结果：经过治疗，治疗组患者症状消失时间（4.49±1.06）d、止疱时间（1.58±0.39）d、结痂时间（2.37±0.71）d、皮损愈合时间（3.34±0.95）d，均低于对照组（P0.05），差异有统计意义；治疗组患者IL-2水平（323.64±28.31）pg/mL、IFN-γ水平（323.57±19.07）pg/mL，改善情况均优于对照组（217.48±11.95）pg/mL、（232.89±14.66）pg/mL，差异有统计意义（P0.05）；治疗组治愈总有效率96.30%，优于对照组82.69%，差异有统计意义（P0.05）；治疗组患者复发尖锐湿疣4例、衣原体属感染性尿道炎2例，治疗控制率88.89%，明显优于对照组复发尖锐湿疣11例、衣原体属感染性尿道炎8例，控制率63.46%，差异有统计意义（P0.05）。结论：复方虎杖散颗粒联合胸腺肽治疗复发性生殖疱疹症状消失快、疗效好、复发率低，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】复方虎杖散颗粒；胸腺肽；复发性生殖疱疹 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To explore the clinical efficiency of complex giant knotweed powder particles joint thymopolypeptides in treating recurrent genital herpes. Methods： 106 recurrent genital herpes patients from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital was treated and randomly divided into treatment group （n=54） and control group （n=52）. The control group was treated with thymopolypeptides injections， while control group used complex giant knotweed powder particles joint Thymopolypeptides injections for treatment. The symptoms disappearing time， check blister， scabby and skin lesion healing time， IL - 2 before and after the treatment， IFN - gamma level change， efficient treatment， and patients relapse and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results： After treatment， symptoms disappearing time of treatment group was （4.49 ± 1.06） d； check blister time was （1.58 ± 0.39） d； scabby time was （2.37 ± 0.71）d； and skin lesion healing time was （3.34-0.95） d， all significantly lower than the control group （P 0.05）. In treatment group， level of IL -2 was （323.64 ± 28.31） pg/ml and IFN - gamma levels was （323.57 ± 19.07） pg/ml， better improvement than that of control group， i.e. （217.48±11.95） pg/ml and pg/ml （232.89±14.66）， with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）
