摘要随着外资物流企业凭借资金、技术和管理等优势抢滩国内物流市场，中国物 流行业正面临着严峻的挑战。邮政物流如何发挥网络资源，运用资金流、信息流、 实物流的“三流合一”的巨大优势因地制宜的做大邮政物流业务规模是邮政企业 思考和探索的重大课题。本文以贵州邮政基于网络的物流业务为研究对象，详细分析了贵州邮政物流 业务发展的现状与市场环境，运用现代物流配送理论，结合贵州邮政网络的实际， 对贵州邮政基于网络的邮政物流业务重组与再造作了大量的分析，最后提出了基 于网络的贵州邮政物流业务体系，并对贵州邮政物流业务的发展提出了保障措 施。本文分为五个部分，第一部分为绪论，阐述研究的背景及意义，介绍文章结 构方法、技术路线、相关国内外文献；第二部分为物流理论介绍，介绍物流配送 和第三方物流的基础理论并对目前邮政物流业务发展中存在的问题进行了分析； 第三部分为贵州邮政物流业务发展的现状，在对贵州物流市场进行分析的基础 上，引入 SWOT 理论和竞争力模型，对目前贵州邮政物流业务发展的内、外部环 境、市场结构和竟争状况进行了分析；第四部分从邮政网络现状、基于网络开展 物流业务的可行性和适用条件、重组与再造等方面对邮政物流业务体系进行了构 建，提出了发展一体化物流和分销业务的物流业务架构。第五部分从物流业务发 展的总体部署、营销体系、人力资源策略、物流信息系统建设等方面对贵州邮政 物流业务的发展提出了保障措施。关键词：邮政网络；邮政物流；业务模式；贵州 分类号：F61SummaryWith the foreign-funded logistic enterprises have a beachhead in China, domestic logistic companies have to face a great challenge . It is an important subject for Postal Logistic to get bigger and stronger by making good use of the advantage of postal third-in-one.Taking the Logistics business based on network as subject, the paper analyzes the status ,market in-depth .By using some Logistic theory, it analyzes the reorganization and the construction of Postal Logistic based Postal network , and finally puts forward the business system base on the network and gives out some safeguards of the development of Postal Logistics.The paper consists of five parts.
