Observation on the clinical curative effect of the laryngeal cough treatment which combines the internal application of Modified Zhisou with atomizing inhalationABSTRACTObjective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the laryngeal cough treatment which combines the internal application of Modified Zhisou with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.Methods: Select 100 subjects with larynx derived cough who accord with the standards of the intake of patients. Randomly divide theminto 3 three groups: Group A， B， C respectively. Subjects in Group Atake Modified Zhisou， one dose a day, together with injection of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate (5mg), Chlorpheniramine maleate (10mg), 0.9% SodiumChloride (10mg), and the application of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation, once a day, 15 minutes a time; Subjects in Group B take Loratadine Dispersible Tablets (10mg) once a day, together with injection of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate (5mg), Chlorpheniramine maleate (10mg), 0.9% Sodium Chloride(10mg), and the application of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation, once a day, 15 minutes a time; Subjects in Group C take injections of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate (5mg), Chlorpheniramine maleate (10mg), 0.9% Sodium Chloride (10mg), and the application of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation, once a day, 15 minutes a time. All three groups receive a 10-day-treatment. Record their pre and post treatment TCM syndrome and examine their pharynx sign respectively, then assess the treatment.Results:Group A has a 90.6% effective rate, Group B 83.3%，Group C 75.9%. Compare the results of all three groups(P＜0.05). It suggests that the curative effect of Group A is better than Group B and C. There is no adverse reactions in Group A.Conclusions: Laryngeal cough treatment which combines the internal application of Modified Zhisou with atomizing inhalation is proved to be effective, and is better than either internal application of Loratadine Dispersible Tablets with atomizing inhalation, or only atomizing in
