AbstractInthepastfewdecase,severalmethodshadbeenlargelyinvestigatedfromsaltlakebrineandseawaterforlithiumrecovery.Absorbentsofspinelmanganeseoxideshavebeenarousedgreatinterestinthestudybytheirgoodshapememory.Amongthespinelphaselithiummanganeseoxides,Li1.6Mn1.6O4hasadvantagesinlargeadsorptioncapacity,chemicalstability,andthesaturationadsorptioncapacityofitsLithiumion-sieve,whichisthelargestinallkindsofManganeseOxide“Lithiumsieve”inpresent.Materialperformanceiscloselyrelatedtothematerialmorphology.Thisstudyworksintwoways:ontheonehandthethree-dimensionalorderedmacroporousstructureisappliedtoLi1.6Mn1.6O4anditslithiumion-sieve,preparedfortheion-sievematerialwhichisthree-dimensionalporeinmicro-morphologyandparticlesinmacro-morphology.AnditscrystalPhase,compoundstabilityandionexchangepropertieswerestudied;OntheotherhandtheprecursorLi1.6Mn1.6O4waspreparedbythesol-gelmethod,andionsieveH1.6Mn1.6O4wasobtainedbyacidmodified.ItscrystalPhase,compoundstabilityandionexchangepropertieswerestudied.Togetherwithcolloidalcrystaltemplatemethodandsol-gelmethodthethree-dimensionalorderedmacrosporespineltypelithiummanganeseoxidewassuccessfullyprepared,andassembledintocolloidalcrystaltemplatebysedimentation.TheprecursorsolutionwascomposedofMn(CH3COO)2·4H2O,LiNO3,citricacidandethylalcohol,whosemolarratioofLiandMnwas1:1,andwasusedtofillintothecolloidalcrystaltemplate.Thelithiummanganeseoxideofthree-dimensionalorderedmacroporewaspreparedwiththetemplateeliminatedbycalcining.ThepowderLi1.6Mn1.6O4waspreparedbythemethodofsol-gel.TheprecursorsolutionwascomposedofMn(CH3COO)2·4H2O,LiNO3,citricacid,whosemolarratioofLiandMnwas1:1.Afterthewaterbathheating,electricmixerstirringanddryingintoagel,spinelsol-gelLi1.6Mn1.6O4waspreparedbyhightemperature.UsingHClsolutionaslithiumremovereagent,Lithiuminthethree-dimensionalorderedmacroporousLi1.6Mn1.6O4andthesol-gelLi1.6Mn1.6O4wereremovedduringdifferentlithiumremovetime.Testthetemperature,respectively,processingtimeonthetwodifferentprecursormaterials,aswellasthetw
