论文编号： 中国航油公司供应链管理模式探讨 李春悦 专业：工商管理 方向：企业经营与组织创新 导师： 于淼 中国政法大学研究生院 二○一四年三月 中国航油公司供应链管理模式探讨 摘 要 中国航油公司是国有大型航空运输服务保障企业，从事航空油品采购、运输、储存、检测、销售、加注等业务。但随着政策导向的改变，航油市场的开放、航油价格的接轨，以及传统定价模式的转变，公司的市场主导地位和传统运营模式将受到不同程度的冲击，公司面临的经营风险和竞争压力都在不断加大。在这种情况下，中国航油公司已经到了必须改革的关键一步。要在不断变化的市场环境中，在日趋微利的残酷竞争中，实现盈利，就必须要对供应链进行全方面的整合。而日新月异的技术手段为实现这一目标提供了可能。 中国航油公司构建新的供应链管理模式会导致现有组织架构、物流、信息流、资金流、供应商关系、客户关系、绩效考核等各环节管理模式的全新变革。由于行业的特殊性和中国特殊的国情，目前还很难从国际上寻找到中国航油公司可以直接借鉴的供应链管理的成功模式。在研究领域航油供应链管理探索也尚属空白。 本选题的研究是在以往研究的基础上，利用自身在中国航油公司多年的实际工作经验，加上MBA学习中导师的悉心指导，努力运用专业理论知识对中国航油公司进行系统分析研究，探索适合企业发展的新思路、新方法。以期从探讨的角度，创新国有企业现有的供应链管理理念，尝试探索在航油供应领域的供应链管理模式，也希望能够帮助中国航油公司适应逐渐开放的市场，实现企业健康可持续发展。 关键词：中国航油 供应链管理 航油供应 RESEARCH ON SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MODE OF THE CHINA AVIATION FUEL SUPPLY CORPORATION ABSTRACT China National Aviation Fuel Corporation (CNAF) is a large state-owned aviation fuel service supplier, engaged in aviation fuel procurement, transportation, storage, distribution, testing, sales and into-plane services. But in recent years, its dominant market position and traditional operation mode is being challenged by various factors, such as policy changes, the opening up of China’s jet fuel market to players from outside, the price of jet fuel in line with international standards, and the reform of jet fuel pricing system, which bring the company great operational risks and competition pressure increasingly. At this critical stage, circumstances force CNAF to reform. To achieve profit under the fast-changing market environment and the trend of low profit rate, it is necessary for CNAF to integrate its supply chain completely, while the technology innovations make this possible. However, a new management mode of supply chain for CNAF will lead to changes on the existing organizational structure, logistics, information flow, capital flow, supplier relationship, customer relationship, performance appraisal, etc. Due to the special nature of the industry and the special situation in China, it is still diff
