AbstractThe constant searches for performance in companies push their leaders to adopt a progressive approach to improve the representative indicators of productivity. The question is how a production company can reduce the downtime of its equipment or increase productivity without investing in new equipment that could cost him a fortune? In fact, managers often overlook the real potential of their production tools. Therefore, when production problems arise, they tend to undermine the capacity of their production tools and invest in new resources. But in fact, instead of engaging in research of news production resources, it will be better now to find the right approach (or method) to address the concerns of performance. In most cases, these problems are not as difficult to solve as you think it. The company is really winning if it can increase production without investing in additional resources. To do so, it seeks to achieve maximum production capacity by minimizing losses of any nature whatsoever. The expected gain therefore requires the removal losses. The overall analysis is a necessary approach to find all the causes of production losses. Main task of the thesis is to design and implement an application for computing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). It involves calculating the ratio between the quantity of products manufactured goods (i.e. marketable) and the amount of product right the first time we could have made under ideal conditions. This maximum ratio is called the overall equipment effectiveness of return.
