正常高值血压者静息心率与心血管危险因素的相关性研究摘要目的：收集正常高值血压者 BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、肌酐、尿酸等 心血管危险因素指标，观察各指标与 RHR 之间的联系，进一步探讨正常高值血压 者各种心血管危险因素对 RHR 的影响，为早期干预正常高值血压伴多种心血管危 险因素者提供理论基础。方法：1 研究对象：于 2013 年 5 月至 2014 年 6 月在山西大医院收集 18 岁至 55 岁的 正常高值血压者 1599 例。据 RHR 水平分为 4 组：A 组［静息心率60 次/min，n=345］； B 组［静息心率 60~65 次/min，n=370］；C 组［静息心率 65~70 次/min，n=448］； D 组［静息心率70 次/min，n=436］。2 研究指标：血压、年龄、RHR、BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、 肌酐、尿酸等指标。3 统计学分析：应用 Spearman 秩相关分析评价心血管危险因素同 RHR 的关 系；应用多重线性回归分析评价各种心血管危险因素对 RHR 影响的大小。结果：比较 4 组被研究者的 SBP、DBP、年龄、BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、 肌酐、尿酸等指标差异有统计学意义 ( P0. 05 )。相关分析提示：正常高值血压者 RHR 与 BMI、FPG、TC、LDL-C、肌酐、尿酸呈正相关性；正常高值血压者 RHR 与年龄、HDL-C 呈负相关性。多重线性分析(α入=0.05，α出=0.10)显示对 RHR 影响 因素依次为 TC、LDL-C、BMI、年龄、TG、尿酸和 FPG。结论：1 正常高值血压人群中不同水平的 RHR 其 BMI、FPG、血脂、肌酐和尿酸等 心血管危险因素水平亦存在明显差异。2 正 常 高 值 血 压 者 RHR 与 BMI、 FPG、 TC、 LDL-C、 肌 酐 、 尿 酸 呈 正 相 关性 ；正常 高值 血压 者 RHR 与年 龄、 HDL-C 呈负 相关 性。 这提示 正常 高值 血 压 人 群 中 RHR 与 多 种 心 血 管 危 险 因 素 之 间 存 在 密 切 联 系 ， 迄 今 为 止 虽 然 这 种 联系的具 体病理 生理 机制 尚不完 全明确，但大量 临床试 验和研究 表明这 种联系 可能与人 体交感 神经 活性有关 。关键词：正常高值血压；静息心率；心血管危险因素；交感神经Study on the correlation between Resting Heart Rate and Cardiovascular Risk Factors in High-normal Blood Pressure PeopleAbstractObjective:The collection of high normal blood pressure in body mass index, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, creatinine, uric acid and other related indicators, observation of the relationship between the indexes and the resting heart rate, and then explore the high normal blood pressure on cardiovascular risk factors influencing resting heart rate, early intervention for high normal blood pressure and provide a theoretical basis with multiple cardiovascular risk factors.Methods:1 the object of study:Collection of medical center in Shanχi dayi hospital in 2013 May to 2014 June in hospital of 1599 patients aged 18 to 55 years old people with high normal blood pressure.
