病区应用床旁巡视卡探讨 　　【摘要】目的:考察病区应用床旁巡视卡在护理工作中的作用。方法:对2007年8月至2008年7月就诊于我院6个护理单元所有患者实施病区应用床旁巡视卡制度。结果:应用床旁巡视卡后,明显降低了护患纠纷,患者得到了实际受益,规范了护士、护士长的工作,落实了交接班制度,使护理工作的价值得以体现。结论:病区应用床旁巡视卡,可以落实分级护理制度的减少医疗事故、纠纷的发生,提高患者的信任度,值得推广。 　　【关键词】 床旁巡视卡;护理服务质量;医疗安全 　　 　　The study of the application of beside visit card in the wards 　　HANG Gui?tao, HE Ying?zhi 　　【Abstract】Objective: To study the role of the beside visit card in the wards.
