耳垂瘢痕疙瘩综合治疗 　　【摘要】 目的 为耳垂瘢痕疙瘩的治疗提供一种简单易行的方法。方法 对12例耳垂瘢痕疙瘩患者采用局部瘢痕皮瓣恢复耳垂正常外形及剩余瘢痕内注射曲安奈德，胶原蛋白敷贴覆盖创面，弹性绷带加压包扎的方法治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩。结果 临床应用12例，20个耳垂，随访6～24个月，取得满意疗效。结论 本方法简单可行且效果良好。? 　　【关键词】 瘢痕疙瘩；皮瓣 ； 曲安奈德；胶原蛋白敷贴?? 　　Combined therapy to ear lobe keloids.
