胃镜检查过程中对患者舒适护理 　　摘 要 目的：观察舒适护理在胃镜检查过程中的应用效果。方法：将84例行胃镜检查的患者随机分实验组和对照组各42例。对照组予常规护理，实验组在此基础上加用舒适护理。观察比较两组患者行胃镜检查后的舒适度。结果：检查过程中实验组患者的舒适度明显优于对照组。结论：在胃镜检查过程中应用舒适护理可有效提高患者的舒适度，体现了人性化护理的真正意义。 　　关键词 胃镜 舒适 护理 　　 　　AbstractObjective:To observe the application effect of comfort care during the gastroscopy examination.Method:84 patients with gastroscopy were randomly divided to experiment group and control group,and 42 patients per group.The control group was given usual care,and the experiment group given comfort care based usual care.And then we observed and compared the comfort level of two group
