腰腧穴麻醉在肛肠病手术中探讨 　　摘 要 目的：为顺利进行肛肠病手术，寻找一种安全、有效、不良反应少的麻醉方法。方法：在肛肠病手术中运用腰腧穴麻醉910例。结果：麻醉有效率达98%，并可见其方法易于掌握，成功率高，麻醉效果好，作用时间长，不良反应少。结论：腰腧穴麻醉是进行肛肠科手术较为理想的麻醉方法。 　　关键词 肛肠病 手术 腰腧穴麻醉 　　 　　AbstractObjective:To smoothly anorectal surgery,find a safe,effective and less toxic side effects of anesthesia.Methods:from January 2000 to December 2009,in the use of Anus Operation 910 cases of spinal anesthesia acupoints.Results:The effective rate was 98% anesthesia,method is easy to grasp,a high success rate,anesthetic effect,long duration of action,side effects.Conclusion:The lumbar acupoint Anorectal surgery
