“Manage Risk” “Safe Hotel“ “管理风险”与“安全酒店” This guide is designed to support your hotel in completing the “Manage Risk” “Safe Hotel” sections of the GHGL Wheel. Both sections will be self scored by your hotel. The guide includes an assessment tool and worksheet. The completion of the assessment tool will allow your hotel to rate its performance and provide direction for continuous improvement. The worksheets will assist you in understanding and completing the assessment.
