曲阜师范大学硕士学位论文 The Application of Buy-back Contract in Supply Chain Abstract With the uncertain market demands, two styles of supply chains are studied respectively, one is made up of a supplier and one retailer, the other is made up of a supplier and two retailers. First, when the market demand is a stochastic variable obeying Exponential distribution, the article improves the traditional buy-back contract mechanism based on Nash bargaining model. The numerical experimentation shows that the traditional buy-back contract mechanism of supply chain is not reasonable, and with the buy-back contract mechanism based on Nash bargaining model, not only can we get the optimal profit of the integrated supply chain, but also improve the profit of retailers and suppliers greatly. Therefore, the buy-back contract mechanism based on Nash bargaining model will be more widely applied when the market demand is a stochastic variable obeying Exponential distribution. Second, in this paper we consider the application of buy-back contract mechanism in a two-level supply chain composed of a single supplier and two retailers, where the two retailers have the same market demand. we analyze the imperfect performance of the supply chain with and without the traditional buy-back contract mechanism in the model, then we propose to improve the buy-back contract with Stackelberg game model. It indicates that the improved buy-back contract with Stackelberg game model can not only make the supplier further gain, but also do not destroy the retailers’ profit.
