论中小企业内部非正式组织的管理
摘 要
企业作为一种特殊的组织,是高度集中的有机组合,它的高效运作必须以各种力量的整合为前提。非正式组织在伴随正式组织产生的同时,在企业管理的力量整合中起着十分重要的作用。自改革开放以来,我国的中小企业蓬勃的发展。但是,中小企业多数为家族式的企业,在管理上存在很多缺陷。企业内部的种种非正式组织制约着企业的发展,使得企业难以做大做强。
本文在国内外学者研究的基础上,首先从非正式组织的产生和发展出发,分析其形成条件和主要特点,之后通过从非正式组织管理的现状分析其存在的问题,最后指出必须对非正式组织正确实施管理手段,才能让它为企业所用,发挥其最大价值。深入认识非正式组织,运用正确的管理方法,发挥其积极作用,克服其消极作用,对于促进企业的生产效率的提高,实现企业的目标具有重大的现实意义。

Abstract
Enterprise, as a special kind of organization, is the high concentration of organic combination, it must be in the efficiency of the integration of various power as the prerequisite. Informal organization in formal organization with from the at the same time, in the enterprise management power integration plays a very important role. Since reform and opening-up, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise vigorous development. But, small and medium-sized enterprise most for the family-owned enterprise, there are many defects in management. The enterprise interior various informal organization restricts the development of the enterprise, makes the enterprise to do bigger and stronger.
In this paper based on the study of the domestic and foreign scholars, begin from informal organization and the formation of the development, analyzes the formation conditions and characteristics, and then through informal organizations from the management status of analyzing the existing problems, at last, it points out that must be properly implemented to informal organization management method, can let it for enterprise use, develop its the biggest value.
