　 饭店中非正式员工管理研究 2012 年 6 月  The Study on the Management of Hotel Informal Employees 2012.6摘要 随着经济全球化的发展，企业间竞争加剧，为降低成本，提高效率，企业采取了灵活多样的用工方式，包括雇用非正式员工。而当前中国就业市场上较为丰富的劳动力供给，则满足了企业的此类用工需求。在饭店行业，随着国外著名饭店集团的进驻，民营饭店企业的发展壮大，国有饭店企业改制的推进，饭店之间的竞争日趋白热化。为增强企业的竞争力，获得满意的经营利润，饭店不断通过雇佣大量的非正式员工来确保总成本上的竞争优势。在此背景下，我们极有必要关注非正式员工群体的工作现状，思考在成本控制的同时如何进行有效的管理，从而有效调动非正式员工的积极性和主动性，更好地发挥他们在饭店中的作用。本文的研究框架共分为六章。分别详细阐述了非正式员工工作的现状与管理策略。 关键词： 饭店 非正式员工 工作现状 管理策略 The Study on the Management of Hotel Informal Employees Abstract Because of the social environment and the changing of development and enterprise need of the organization，informal employees in recent years of rapid growth，is an integral part of the workplace.
