风险投资项目评价指标体系指标权重的确定——以北京市为例 摘 要 风险投资是一种特殊的投资方式，其不同于一般投资，风险投资试图驾驭风险。 由于风险投资的高期望回报，使得风险投资业受到越来越多的投资者的欢迎。风险 投资的高风险性，又使得风险投资的评价显得尤为重要，国内外有很多相关学者总 结提出了很多种风险投资评价体系。然而很多评价体系大都倾向于以定性分析为 主，定量分析的还很少。且各种评价体系也都具有不同的地方特色，以北京市风险 投资业的发展现状，不能只是将那些体系生搬硬套，因此需要一个适合北京市具体 情况的指标体系。 本文在参阅了国内外具有代表性的风险投资项目评价指标体系的基础上，结合 我国风险投资业特点，以北京市为例，通过实地调研和统计分析，运用层次分析法 和 MATLAB 软件，对风险投资项目评价指标体系进行指标权重的确定。并运用模糊 评价法，选定具体的投资项目，运用构建的风险投资评价指标体系进行实证分析。 结果证明所确定的风险投资项目评价指标体系指标权重合理可行，对北京市风险投 资业发展有一定的应用价值。 关键词：风险投资，项目评价，指标权重 I 风险投资项目评价指标体系指标权重的确定——以北京市为例 Abstract Venture capital is a one kind of peculiar investment way.
