摘 要 本文主要介绍了“充电器后盖壳”零件“一模一穴”点浇口注塑模具设计的过程。包括零件塑料的工艺分析、零件结构分析、模具结构分析及模具设计等内容。 首先利用UG NX软件对“充电器后盖壳”零件进行三维实体造型，为模仁的设计做好准备，并对产品进行结构和尺寸分析。然后将“充电器后盖壳”的3D图转换成2D图，利用AutoCAD进行成品图、缩水图、结构图、排样图以及组立图的绘制，并确定各种设计尺寸、公差。本次设计的难度在于带有斜抽芯机构，以及三板模的结构设计。设计过程中，使用了UGNX4.0与AUTOCAD等CAD软件。 关键词：充电器后盖壳 注塑模设计 斜抽芯 三板模 Summary This article mainly introduced “the battery charger, overcrust” components “a mold base” runner injection mold design process.
