柏拉图的未成年人教育思想研究 摘 要 古希腊是欧洲文明的发源地，同时也是西方教育思想的摇篮。 苏格拉底、柏拉图和亚里士多德被誉为西方教育思想的“三巨头”。 在城邦制度和苏格拉底教育哲学的影响下，柏拉图既继承前人，又 有所发展，对未成年人教育提出了自己的见解。其主要内容包括： 未成年人不同年龄段教育内容的设置；未成年人的道德教育；优生 优育与未成年人的成长；未成年人教育的性别平等；未成年人教育 内容的和谐性；未成年人教育的方式与目标。从而较早构建了西方 古代社会的未成年人教育理论。重视对未成年人的教育和管理为西 方社会的优良传统之一。得益于对教育的重视，人才的培养，古代 西方社会不仅有雅典城邦为代表的古典文化，更有巨人辈出的“文 艺复兴”。从这个意义上说，关注未成年人的教育，是推动和促进 西方社会进步的重要基础力量。 关键词：柏拉图；未成年人教育；古希腊 On Plato’s Thought of the Juveniles Education Abstract Ancient Greece is not only the origin of European civilization, but also the cradle of the education thought of the West. Socrates Plato and Aristotle were called the troika of the western education thought. With the influence of polis institution and the philosophy of Socrates, Plato inherited the thought of predecessors, and developed it. He came up with his own thought of juveniles education, which include that the different educational contents programs of different age bracket, moral education of juveniles, the effect of aristogenesis on the growth of juveniles, equality of juveniles education between the sexes, the harmony of the contents of juveniles education, ways and objective of juveniles education. All these thoughts structured the theory of juveniles education in the ancient society. Paying attention to education and management of juveniles is one of fine traditions in western society. Benefited from putting emphasis on education, ancient western society not only has classical culture of Athens polis, but also has Renaissance which produced lots of talents. From this meaning, placing emphasis on juveniles education is the basic power to promote further progress of western society. key words：Plato; juveniles education; Ancient Greece
