摘 要 近年来，许多国家都在不同程度上出现过由于大量不良资产而造成的银行危 机。因而，这些国家对如何处理银行不良资产问题不仅进行过系统的研究，而且 还进行了有益的实践和探索，并获得了许多宝贵的经验和教训。 通过借鉴国际上处置银行不良资产的成功经验，我国也成立了四大资产管理 公司集中处置我国银行的不良资产，但是经过几年的实践，效果并不明显，经过 第一次剥离以后，短短几年内，商业银行内部又积累了大量的不良资产，值得我 们深思。 带着这个问题，本文从分析我国商业银行不良资产的成因入手，在借鉴国外 经验和总结我国资产管理公司处理不良债权的基础上，通过成本一 效益对比分 析提出了在新形势下解决中国商业银行不良资产的模式和路径。 论文由六部分组成: 第一章 不良资产的界定与分类; 第二章我国国有商业银行不良资产成因及其特殊性; 第三章 加速我国银行不良资产处置的紧迫性分析; 第四章 国际上处理商业银行不良资产的经验; 第五章 不良资产处置模式的成本一 效益比较分析及不良资产证券化在我 国实施的前景分析; 第六章 过渡期内加速银行不良资产处置的路径选择。 关键词:不良资产 资产管理公司 资产证券化 拍卖 Abstract Intherecentyears,thebankcrisishasappearedtoadifferentdegreeinmany countriescausedbythemuchbadassets.Therefore,thesecountriesstudied systemicallyhowtodisposethemuchbadassets,alsocarriedoutsomeprofitable practiceandresearch,asaresulttheygotsomevaluableexperience.
