机电工程学院 毕业论文 论文题目 产能分析与某企业通用件车间应用案例研究 学 生 姓 名 学 号 专 业 班 级 工业工程（2）班 指 导 教 师 研 究 所 长 教 学 院 长 日 期 2012年6月 摘要 本文首先介绍了课题来源及提高产能和生产效率重要意义，再介绍了提高产能和生产效率在国内外研究发展现状，就某企业通用件车间生产模式及其不足进行分析和研究。运用工业工程的思想及理念，以提高车间生产现场的人、机效率，降低生产运作成本为主旨，理论与实践相结合,着力将把工业工程中的时间研究、程序分析、操作分析、生产线平衡及物流设施规划等方法和思想引入生产现场管理改善过程中，全面整合了工业工程与生产线现场管理。运用 IE 的观点和理论技术，企业找到正确的改革途径和实现最大的经济效益的有效途径。 关键词：工业工程 时间抽样 生产线平衡 物流设施规划 ABSTRACT This paper first introduced the topic source and increase production capacity and production efficiency important significance, then introduces the increase production capacity and efficiency of production research and development at home and abroad in the present some enterprise using commonstandard spare production mode and its defects workshop analysis and research. The idea of using industrial engineering and concept, to improve the plant production the scene, machine efficiency, reduce the production of operation cost as purpose, combining theory with practice, focus on the industrial engineering of the time study, program analysis, operation analysis, production line balancing, logistics facilities planning methods and ideas is introduced into the production site management improvement process, comprehensive and integrated industrial engineering and production line on site management. Using IE views and theory and technology, enterprise find the correct way of reform and maximum economic benefits in an effective way.
