毕 业 论 文 题目名称： 制约中国中小企业发展的若干问题研究 院 系： 工商管理 专 业： 工商管理 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2012年4 月10 日 企业质量文化建设 摘 要：改革开放以来，我国中小企业取得了突飞猛进的发展，为我国经济与社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。先进的质量文化是生产优质名牌产品、塑造企业品牌的重要支撑和保证，是建设有鲜明企业特色的企业文化的主要切入点和着力点。探讨企业文化如何深入质量工作领域、提高质量管理水平，推动企业管理向文化管理提升，是企业建设的一项重要任务。质量文化是企业文化的重要组成部分，具备良好的企业文化，是发展推动质量文化建设的基础。文化是一种认同、一种理念、一种感知，是经过长期有效的发展、革新而产生的一种“历史产物”，它仅仅是一句口号，几段格言或是一本小册子，它是经过企业人长期认知、了解，逐渐为之而奋斗的文化氛围。 二十一世纪将是一个质量的世纪，任何一个企业 要想成为本行业内的领袖必须将质量放在第一位。质量是企业的生命，质量伴随着每一个企业经营活动的始终。在国际上发达国家的质量管理不断发展，随着日本科学技术联盟的《TQM宣言》以及改订版的正式发行，标志着世界质量管理即将从TQC阶段进入一个新的阶段——TQM阶段，即：综合的质量管理阶段，该阶段质量管理的范围、管理对象、管理方法、管理理念都发生了很多变化。 关键词：发展 ；质量； 建设 ；管理 Restricting Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise development several problems of research Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise obtained the development by leaps and bounds, for our country economy and social development made great contribution. At present our country has registered more than 1,000 million small and medium-sized enterprises, provides 75% of the urban employment opportunities, gross industrial output and realize profits tax of national accounted for 60% and 40%. Small and medium-sized enterprises in China is an important part of the national economy, promote the progress of science and technology, improve the employment and to expand exports and plays an important and irreplaceable role. Yet overall smes due to financial constraints, the ability to resist risk overall weak in large enterprises. Therefore, how to regulate the business risks, and small and medium-sized enterprise both in theory and in practice are of significance. Aiming at the development of small and medium enterprises, the definition and characteristics of the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in technical problems, financing discuss, promote the dev
