This thesis are mainly design for two aspects:architecture and structure. In architectural design, according to the norm for the use function of cottage, selection of hand calculation and computing as the way the design basis of the semi-detached houses construction. In structural design,considering about seismic and wind effects, in determining the frame layout, determines the initial beam, column section size, proceed to the load statistics and finally finish the requirement of reforcement calculation. In addition to the structure of the programme in the design of indoor stairs. Finally, according to the geolo gical conditions, determine the type of foundation.
