Abstract
Nearly three decades since the reform and opening up, Chinas real estate development and management has made rapid development, especially after entering the 21st century, under the combined effects of a variety of factors at home and abroad, the number of real estate enterprises increased year after year, development with the scale of operation has reached unprecedented levels, real estate has become one of the highlights of the Chinese economy. But with the rapid development of Chinas real estate development and management of contradictions and problems begin to be felt for many problems in the real estate development and management, many experts and scholars have put forward their own opinions. Clear summary of existing research on the basis of the general issues of real estate management and development, to identify the main problems of our real estate development and management through in-depth analysis of Chinas real estate development and operating environment and mode thus reasonable and targeted strategy to help real estate development and management of China.

1.1研究背景
